Leah values the respect and compassion people are capable of sharing with others and appreciates being able to make those opportunities possible for the community of Washington County. Leah has written and been awarded grants for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and various non-profits in the Fox Cities. Leah holds a BS in Biology and a minor in English from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She enjoys meeting new people and getting to know their achievements and their goals. Leah is most excited about the new challenges and opportunities she will face working for a  positive and uplifting organization such as Citizen Advocates. Linda Martin
Office Manager

Linda joined our Citizen Advocates office in April 2018.  Linda has an extensive background in office management and accounting. She has worked in non profits and for profits and brings a lot of knowledge to our team. Linda is a parent of a 2 special needs adults and has a passion for respite care. Jessica Frederick
Executive Director
and Youth program Coordinator

Jessica has been with Citizen Advocates since 2008.  Since starting Jessica has seen Citizen Advocates grow from a program that only did one on one matches to the program that exists today that provides opportunities in schools and throughout the community. Jessica enjoys being a part of a program that sees the importance of relationships in a persons life and works to build those relationships for those in the community that are often not included.
